Collection: Clothes Peg Bags

Living in Shetland we're all used to the unpredictable weather.  It's a luxury to get your washing dried outside.  After seeing my Granny struggle with her washing and using an Amazon gift bag for her clothes pegs I set to and designed what I thought was my ideal peg bag.

The main requirements were:

  • Easy to use
  • Good capacity
  • The pegs should stay in when you bend over to pick up washing out of the basket.

I succeeded in my main requirements, plus a few more:

  • Wear it around your neck, on your hip with the adjustable strap or clip to the washing line
  • Hold 90-100 soft grip clothes pegs, more than enough for a large load of laundry
  • Makes taking your washing in during a downpour much quicker
  • Lastly - even if it's girly and floral your husband will willingly wear it because it makes the job easier (Ask me how I know?)

It's no wonder my customers tell me 'It's the peg bag they never knew they needed'.
